Full-Spectrum Treatment Technology. Source Water to Zero Discharge.
GSI delivers treatment systems across every stage of the water cycle — from raw source water treatment to sewage, industrial effluent, advanced tertiary polishing, ZLD, and resource recovery. Systems are available as pre-engineered packaged installations for rapid deployment or as full-scale custom-engineered plants. Every system is configured to the specific site conditions, incoming water quality, regulatory standard, and operational lifecycle it must meet.
From 5 KLD modular containerised plants to 1,00,000 KLD industrial cluster CETPs - GSI has designed, built, and operated the full range.
Packaged Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
Raw, borewell, or surface water treated to potable or process quality using submerged ultrafiltration (SUF), nanofiltration (NF), reverse osmosis (RO), and water softening technologies.
Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
On-site sewage treated to reusable standard through biological processes — MBR, MBBR, SBR, or ASP — with treated water suitable for horticulture, HVAC cooling, and internal reuse.
Packaged Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
Industrial wastewater treated across biological membrane (MBR), high-recovery water extraction (HRRO), and zero liquid discharge (ZLD) stages — configured to the effluent composition of your process.
Modular Water Treatment Plants
Water treatment in expandable units — start at the capacity your site requires and add modules as demand grows. Suitable for rapid deployment and phased infrastructure development.
Full-Scale Sewage Treatment Plants
Large-volume sewage treatment engineered to site specification for municipalities, industrial estates, and major township developments — across MBR, SBR, ASP, FAB, and MBBR technologies.
Industrial Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs)
Wastewater treatment configured to the specific effluent composition of your industrial process — textile, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, tannery, or chemical — from primary treatment through ZLD.
Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Systems
All wastewater concentrated and recovered through HRRO, Multi-Effect Evaporator (MEE), Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD), and MVR stages. Recovered water re-enters the production cycle. Nothing leaves the site.
Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs)
One shared treatment facility for an entire industrial cluster — handling combined wastewater from every contributing unit. GSI operates India's largest CETP: Narol Textile CETP, Ahmedabad — 1,00,000 KLD.
When People Get Clean Water, Everything Changes
When a facility treats and reuses its wastewater, the effect extends beyond the plant boundary. Manufacturers maintain production. Buildings reduce dependence on municipal supply. Industrial estates meet discharge obligations. The clean water question touches every sector. Access to clean water drives industry, commerce, and economies. GSI works across all of them.
